How far in advance should I book a booth rental?
Book at least 8 to 10 weeks ahead of your show for standard rentals. That window covers graphic design, proof approval, production, and freight to the show's advance warehouse without relying on expedited shipping. Major shows with strict early-shipping windows (HIMSS, CES, NAB) tighten the timeline; we recommend 12 weeks for those. Rush orders are possible inside a shorter window, but expect expedited production and freight surcharges to show up as line items on the quote. The sooner you start, the more design flexibility you have.

Rental booths are customizable on every visible surface, graphics, brand colors, messaging, and the layout of monitors, counters, and literature holders. The structural frame stays the same across rentals of the same booth, which is what makes rental faster and more affordable than a custom build. You choose your hero images, headlines, and accent palette, and our production team lays out the graphics for your approval before printing. For exhibitors who want structural changes (different booth shape, custom fabrication), we can scope that as a custom project, but it's outside the standard rental model.

Pricing varies with booth size, graphics complexity, shipping distance, show services, and rental duration, no two quotes look exactly alike, which is why we don't publish flat-rate pricing. A single 10x10 rental at a regional show is a different spend from a 20x20 island at a major expo with multi-day install labor, and quoting each one individually keeps the math honest.
