The process
BRIEF TO SHOW FLOOR. SEVEN STEPS.
You tell us what you need. We come back within one business day with options engineered for your brand and your show, then we handle everything between the sign-off and the booth standing on the show floor. No warehousing, no layered approvals.
Share your show name, dates, booth size, industry, and what you need the space to do. Fill out the quote form in about two minutes. You don’t need final graphics or a purchase order yet, just enough for us to size the project.
Within one business day, we come back with options engineered for your brand, your booth size, your floor plan, and your budget. One point of contact the whole way through, no layered approvals.
We lay out your graphics on the booth and send a proof. You review, mark it up, we revise. Most projects land on a final proof within two rounds. Complex multi-panel booths sometimes take a third.
Once you sign off the proof, graphic production starts. Booth hardware is already in our rental inventory, so we're printing and prepping, not building from scratch. This is where most of the lead time lives.
We coordinate outbound freight to the venue's advance warehouse or direct to the show floor. You get the estimated weight of your booth as it lands at the warehouse, so you can calculate drayage from the rate in your show's exhibitor guide. Drayage is billed by the show, not by us.
Our I&D crew (or the venue's in-house labor when show rules require it) builds your booth before the show opens. You arrive to a finished exhibit.
After the show closes, we crate, load, and ship everything back to our facility. You leave the floor without coordinating anything. Hardware goes back into rental inventory for the next exhibitor.
Typical lead time
8 TO 10 WEEKS, USUALLY.
Eight to ten weeks from quote to show-ready is the standard window. That covers graphic design, proof approval, production, and outbound freight without leaning on expedited shipping.
Major shows with strict early-shipping deadlines like HIMSS, CES, and NAB run closer to twelve weeks. We flag the hard deadlines on your quote so nothing surprises you on the invoice.
Rush orders are possible inside shorter windows when the booth hardware is in inventory and the approval cycle can be compressed. Expect expedited production and freight surcharges as line items. Flag the timeline when you request the quote.

- Install and dismantle coordination on both sides of the show
- Round-trip freight to the venue

- Upgraded flooring

- Freight insurance upgrades
- Booth refresh or graphics swap between shows
