WHO WE ARE

This website, jetexhibits.com ("Site"), is operated by JET LLC, doing business as JET The Agency and its JET Exhibits division ("JET," "we," "us," or "our"). For privacy purposes, JET LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. This policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site and through quote requests, sales, and rental inquiries connected to it. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, or information you provide to us offline outside of a rental engagement.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us. When you submit the quote request form or otherwise contact us, we collect what you provide: typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and the event, booth, budget, and project details you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our analytics provider collect usage and device data such as pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location (derived from IP address), browser and device type, and interactions like CTA clicks, "add to quote" actions, form submissions, and scroll depth. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Analytics").

Information from third parties. If you reach us through a referral, partner, or a platform such as Monday.com, we may receive the contact and project details routed to us through that channel.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, health, biometric, or precise geolocation data) through the Site. Please do not submit sensitive information through the quote form.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use personal information to:

• respond to your inquiries and prepare and deliver quotes;
• provide, administer, and fulfill booth rentals and related services;
• operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
• understand which booths and content visitors care about so we can decide what to build next;
• send service and transactional communications about your request or rental;
• comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights, property, and safety and those of others.

Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors). Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information on the basis of: your consent (for example, analytics cookies, which you may withdraw at any time); performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one (responding to and fulfilling quote and rental requests); our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our business (balanced against your rights); and compliance with legal obligations.

COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand Site usage. Analytics and advertising storage are set to "denied" by default through Google Consent Mode until you make a choice in our cookie banner. If you decline, we do not set non-essential analytics cookies and the Site continues to work normally. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required as a valid opt-out of "sale" or "sharing."

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We share personal information only as described here:

• Service providers / processors who perform services for us under contract, including Monday.com (lead intake and project management), Sanity (content management), our website hosting and infrastructure provider, and Google (analytics). They may process the information only on our instructions and for the purposes above.
• Professional advisors and authorities when required to comply with law, legal process, or a lawful request, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
• Business transfers: if JET is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under US state privacy laws.

DATA RETENTION

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above (to respond to and fulfill your request, maintain our business and accounting records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations) and then delete or de-identify it. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's configured retention period.

HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We are based in the United States and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Site from the EEA, the UK, or elsewhere, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

EEA and UK visitors (GDPR / UK GDPR). Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, update, or erase your personal information; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing); and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know and access the personal information we have collected, the sources, the business or commercial purposes, and the categories of recipients; to request correction; to request deletion; to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and to limit the use of sensitive personal information (note: we do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger the limitation right); and to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights. In the prior 12 months we have collected identifiers (such as name, email, phone), commercial information (your inquiry and rental details), and internet/network activity (Site usage), as described above.

Nevada residents. Nevada law gives consumers the right to opt out of the sale of certain covered information. We do not sell covered information, but you may submit a request to the email below.

Other US states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others) have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. We extend these rights to you where applicable.

How to exercise your rights. Email hello@jettheagency.com and tell us what you would like to do. We will verify your request (and an authorized agent's authority, if one acts for you) and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You may appeal a decision by replying to our response.

CHILDREN

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
