For shows in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, we can still handle the booth but the freight component is priced individually because of the carrier and timeline variables. International shipping is outside our standard model. Every freight quote is included as a line item so you see the shipping cost before you commit.

If you book the same booth for back-to-back shows, we coordinate freight and storage between the two venues without the booth ever returning to our facility. If your messaging changes mid-season (new product launch, fresh campaign), we can swap graphics between shows as an amendment to the rental.

What if the booth gets damaged?

Minor wear and tear during a typical show is expected and isn't charged back to you, rental booths are built to survive repeated deployment. Significant damage caused by forklift incidents, improper I&D labor, or mishandling at the venue is covered by freight insurance and show-site protection, which are standard line items on your quote. We recommend leaving insurance in place for every rental; the cost is small relative to the replacement value of a damaged structural panel. If the worst happens, we document damage at dismantle and work with the venue or carrier on the claim.
